Whilst The Friends of Rochester Cathedral exists to raise money for the repair and restoration of the Cathedral, as a diverse and friendly community of people, we also have a calendar of social activities throughout the year.

| Friday 9 to Tuesday 13 May 2008 | Visit to Peterborough |
| Thursday 12 June 2008 | Social Invitation to members of Cathedral Roll who are not yet Friends. Evensong, tour, talk and refreshments, event starting at 5.15 p.m. Free of charge. |
| Saturday 28 June 2008 | A.G.M. - Tourist Information Centre, High Street Rochester 2 p.m. followed by Evensong and tea in the Crypt. |
| Friday 26 September 2008 | Visit to Battle Abbey and Rye. |
