New Year Festive Concert

The Sidcup Symphony Orchestra gave its first performance at Rochester Cathedral in January 2019.    Conducted by James Ross the orchestra lifted the Cathedral roof – with a programme ranging from the moving Peterloo Overture to the hand-clapping, foot-tapping Radetzky March. The standing ovation at the conclusion of the concert spoke volumes, as did the positive feedback from the audience leaving the Cathedral after the concert, and since.

This event raised nearly £1,700.
