Jeremy Lloyd, the Cathedral’s new Assistant Director of Music and Sub Organist, will be delighting our ears with a programme of French organ music following Choral Evensong on Sunday 16 September.  The concert will open with the first movement of Alexandre Guilmant’s first Sonata, following this rousing and electrifying composition Jeremy will play works by César Franck, Joseph Bonnet, Eugène Gigout and Jehan Alain; Jeremy’s programme concludes with the beautifully crafted and thrilling Prélude et Fugue sur le nom d’Alain by Maurice Duruflé.

Admission is free with a retiring collection.
