The Baton of Hope tour will visit Rochester Cathedral on Monday 22nd September. As part of its national tour in 2025, the Baton will travel to 20 cities and towns across Kent where it will be carried by over 130 local people.

The baton will be brought ashore around 11am at Rochester Esplanade. It will then be carried along Rochester High Street and through to Rochester Castle. After this it will be brought to Rochester Cathedral before continuing with its journey through Kent. The baton will finish its journey on the 22nd in Margate where a special “Evening of Hope” finale event will take place at Dreamland.
