Baton of Hope visits Rochester Cathedral as part of national tour
/We were privileged to welcome the Baton of Hope at Rochester Cathedral as part of its nationwide tour on the 22nd September. The Baton of Hope is the UK's largest suicide prevention initiative, which aims to break the silence around mental health and offer hope to those affected by suicide. The baton was brought ashore at Rochester Esplanade before journeying through the Castle and High Street. It then arrived at Rochester Cathedral where the Dean of Rochester spoke to those accompanying the baton.
The tour will continue until the 10th October when it arrives in London. Learn more about the Baton of Hope on their website.
