Breakfast - 15.09.26 // Nick Inge and Tracy Allen & Andrew Keeping

Attendees at the recent Business Guild Breakfast enjoyed a delicious breakfast whilst hearing from three engaging speakers whose presentations focused on workplace culture, employee wellbeing and raising awareness of important social issues.

Nick Inge, CEO and Founder of iTrust, shared valuable insights into creating workplace environments where people feel safe to speak up. He explored how organisations can build trust, encourage honest feedback and foster more open and inclusive cultures, enabling businesses to respond positively and drive meaningful change.

We also heard from Tracy Allen, Founder of FASD Awareness, and Andrew Keeping, the organisation's CEO. Together, they delivered a powerful and thought-provoking presentation on Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), highlighting the importance of greater awareness, understanding and support for those affected. Their presentation provided attendees with a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families living with FASD, as well as the vital role that education and advocacy play in improving outcomes.

The event was kindly sponsored by Medway Sunlight Rotary, whose continued commitment to supporting the local community helped make the morning possible.

The breakfast was warmly received, combining excellent food, valuable networking opportunities and inspiring discussions.
